Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
The best technology for industrial polymer 3D-printing
Experience unparalleled quality and efficiency with HP’s Multi Jet Fusion technology, designed to deliver exceptional results for high-volume production.

How Multi Jet Fusion works
Multi Jet Fusion utilizes a powder-based printing process to build parts layer by layer. The process begins with a thin layer of powder spread across the build platform. An array of inkjet nozzles then applies a fusing agent across the powder, defining the part’s geometry. Simultaneously, a detailing agent is applied to enhance the part’s precision and surface finish. A high-energy light source passes over the layer, fusing the powder and forming a solid layer. This process is repeated layer by layer until the part is fully formed.

Benefits of Multi Jet Fusion
- High Precision: Achieve intricate details with exceptional accuracy.
- Smooth Surfaces: Thanks to the fine layers your parts are super smooth
- Fast Production: Efficient process with rapid build times for high-volume output.
- Functional Parts: Create ready-to-use parts directly from the printer.
- Material Efficiency: Optimized use of materials reduces waste.
